YAMawards 2017: Nominees will be announced soon!

After reviewing all the applications received for the YAMawards 2017, the nominees will soon be announced. Lots of talented artists involved in the creation of music-based productions aimed at young audiences (below the age of 18) have submitted their entries and the winners are to be announced at the YAMawards ceremony that will take place in on the 4th of September 2017 during JMI’s YAMsession event. 

The YAMawards are open to 3 distinct categories, each with their own winner: 

• Best Small Ensemble for young audiences
• Best Large Ensemble for young audiences
• Best Opera for young audiences*

On top of these accolades, cash prizes will be presented to the Production of the Year and the winner of the Public Choice Award (selected from the top 4 nominees in each category).
