Following the success of previous 'Ethno Cyprus' projects held since 2005, Euro-Arab Youth Music Center is thrilled to announce that 'Ethno Cyprus 2016' will take place in Limassol from the 1st to the 10th of July.
This year 35 young talented musicians of traditional instruments from European and Arab countries (Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Egypt and Jordan), will come together to discover the common roots of European and Arab civilizations. Using music as a starting point they will create a platform for intercultural dialogue that fosters mutual understanding and respect.
The end result of the camp will be a unique concert program combining creatively the music sounds of the Mediterranean under the artistic leadership of Andreas Christodoulou.
