JM Ukraine / Ukrainian Youth Orchestra

YsOU is the only nationwide youth symphony orchestra in Ukraine. Since 2017, the orchestra has been bringing together young musicians aged 12 to 22 from all over the country, who have unstoppable energy, a love for music and a desire to move forward. The founder and artistic director of the YsOU is the internationally known conductor Oksana Lyniv. The YsOU annually conducts rehearsal camps, concert tours, master classes and chamber music courses for all its members.

Our MISSION is:

• to be a platform for the development of young Ukrainian musicians through international and national projects.
• to introduce and promote classical music to new generations and audiences, through communication strategy, musical programs, and multidisciplinary and audio-visual projects.
• to spread UKRAINIAN classical music, presenting it in the world's cultural context.
