Jeunesses Musicales Belgrade is pleased to announce an open call for applications for the forthcoming 47th International Jeunesses Musicales Competition, in the FLUTE category. The Competition will be held from March 21st until March 29th, and is open for all flutists under the 30 years of age. The application's deadline is January 31st, 2017.
The international Jeunesses Musicales Competition was created in Belgrade in 1969. It is dedicated to the most promising young musicians at the beginning of their international careers. The IJMC is among the nine cultural events with special status for the city of Belgrade.
The prizes will be various and special, going from cash prizes, valuable gifts, promotion through concerts and publicity by Jeunesses Musicales.
