Fair Play Brings Anti-Corruption Music to the UNGASS Youth Forum 2021

On the 26th of May at 17:00 CET / 11:00 EST, Fair Play will livestream a digital anti-corruption concert during the upcoming United Nations Special Session of the General Assembly Youth Forum, which bears the theme United Against Corruption.

The concert aims to raise awareness and engagement around the youth anti-corruption movement with musical performances by Fair Play winning artists including Alesh (DRC), Cill Soul (Nigeria), Shanti Powa (Italy) and Faith Mussa (Malawi).

Fair Play is a global anti-corruption music movement coordinated by JM International and Transparency International, the world’s largest youth music network and the largest anti-corruption nonprofit respectively. All of the artists performing at the UNGASS have been selected as winners of Fair Play’s bi-annual music competition that recognises the best anti-corruption songs from around the world, songs that speak to the impact of corruption and inspire new generations to take a stand.

The concert will be livestreamed globally on Fair Play’s Youtube Channel (www.youtube.com/fairplaycompetition) and social media platforms. “It is an honor to be a part of the UNGASS Youth Forum” says Faith Mussa of Malawi, “We look forward to shining a light and letting the world’s youth know we are with them in this fight.
